About the Event

A Nourishing Yoga Retreat on The Outer Banks Join Bee Creel and Jen Jakubosky for a three night, gentle yoga getaway in the heart of the Outer Banks. Experience a long weekend of restorative yoga, nourishing meals, and supportive community. The focus on this retreat is to truly unwind and relax! Throughout your retreat, six gentle and restorative yoga classes will be offered, including Village Yoga’s Restorative Yoga and Hot Stones workshop. What to expect? Start your day with a cup of tea overlooking the ocean followed by a smooth and supportive yoga flow class, led by Jen or Bee. After breakfast, you’ll have free time to walk along the beach, journal and read, or book a massage. The later afternoon will consist of a restorative yoga class followed by a nutritious dinner. This retreat is appropriate for people of all ages and backgrounds. We intend to make sure each class is 100% accessible to all body types. In the past, people have not only enjoyed our retreats for the yoga classes and relaxing Outer Banks setting, but also for the connections built between retreat participants. Feel free to sign up with a friend, or come solo, and make a new group of friends! We strive on each of our retreats to provide a welcoming and inclusive space, where you will walk away feeling relaxed and restored. What the yoga Retreat includes: 3 Catered Dinners, 2 Catered Lunches, 3 Continental Breakfasts 3 nights, 4 days accommodations in Corolla Hot Stones + Restorative Yoga Bliss workshop Daily Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama (breathwork) classes Morning and evening classes are offered so that retreat participants can choose what works best for them Free time to explore the OBX or relax around the house!   The retreat kicks off at 4pm on Friday, November 7th with a welcome ceremony and closes on Monday, November 11th at 11am with morning yoga and breakfast.
