

Sculpt Vinyasa is heated to 88° and is a high-energy, music bumping, FUN class! It incorporates strength training and cardio to deliver a full-body sweat session. This practice begins and ends with Vinyasa yoga, and is packed full of targeted muscle engagement utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or resistance bands. Our unique fusion of yoga and strength training creates a challenging workout, and leaves participants feeling invigorated and energized.
