Need to clear and center your mind for the day? This class allows you to wake up the body and gently move through each fiber of your being. We will begin with a gentle warm up, allowing the body to accept all the practice has to offer. We will transition into a wakeful vinyasa practice to help our bodies prepare for the day. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas. This class has an average temperature of about 77F. You must bring your own yoga mat. Studio props are available for use however you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing bottled water to stay hydrated. Level 2: Open level with modifications for beginners or amplifications for experienced yogis. Classes focus on alignment within postures, as well as focus on the movements between them. Props are often used as well as being optional. Experience is not required but recommended.
