Pure Light Yoga
Liz Muska came to yoga while dealing with chronic back pain at age 19. She is grateful pain brought her to one of her greatest passions in life and a practice that has profoundly helped her mentally. After practicing yoga for over a decade, Liz holds 200 hours of certification in Power Vinyasa Yoga from Inner Bliss Yoga Studio in Cleveland, Ohio (2018). She went on to complete 500 hours of certification through Asheville Yoga Center (2022). While studying at Asheville Yoga Center, she learned more about slow flow, prenatal/postnatal, trauma and yin yoga in addition to anatomy and theory. Liz wants to make each student feel at home in her class and to help her students move mindfully without feelings of judgement or competition. Liz works in psychiatry and enjoys reading, hiking, and trail running. A firm believer that the patient knows their body best: the student knows their body best. Hope to see you on your mat!
