Gentle Flow Yoga is geared to those who are new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentler yoga practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility required.
IMPORTANT: Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. If you are not comfortable using shared props, you may also chose to bring your own blanket, strap or blocks.
