This class is perfect for when you don't know if you want to flow or just be still -- you'll do both! Begin class with pranayama (breathwork), then warm up the body with an all-levels, moderate flow in the first half of class, followed by a delicious yin for the second half. This is a heated class, so do dress in layers and expect to sweat just a bit.
Please note that this is a slightly heated class (around 70-85 degrees), so dress in layers, bring a hairtie (if needed), and bring a water bottle with you.
