I’m Larisa. A movement/fitness coach (since 1996) and yoga teacher (since 2014) with a passion for sharing functional movement principles.Practicing yoga has given me the tools to find more ease in my life, reduce  stress, cope with conflict, and to find a bit of pause before reacting. Yoga has taught me a lot about being present. I continue to learn everyday.Functional movement and neuro developmental principles have given me the tools to improve my posture and begin to heal a variety of aches and pains. In addition it helps me to retrain my movement patterns so I can continue to move well.Incorporating functional movement with my yoga, strength, and mobility practices has been the perfect recipe for better movement day to day.Come realize the value of staying strong and mobile through all stages of life.
