

Yoga means “union.” And in this class, we will be bringing together the mind, body, and spirit. Using the breath as our guide, this class will use movement to energize the body while calming the mind. Each movement and posture will be specifically designed to tune our “body radio” so that we can calm the mind and grow the nervous system. Using traditional Hatha techniques mixed with Vinyasa modalities, this class will leave you feeling relaxed, energized, and happy as you gain more command of your thoughts and your body.
