Bikram Yoga is “The Original Hot Yoga”. This therapeutic sequence of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises [developed and made popular by Bikram Choudhury] systematically works every part of the body. Bikram Yoga stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order. In class you will combine the skills of concentration, patience, determination, and self-control, which will lead you to a powerful mind/body connection, increased mental clarity, and reduced stress. Suitable for all ability levels, no prior experience or flexibility is necessary. To help your body warm up and access the connective tissues while detoxing the body, the room is heated. Class Temp : 105 degrees with 40% humidity. Class Duration: 90 minutes.
