Healthy, Happy & Strong! Welcome to Meg Burge's Hips, Back and Core Yoga Class. Functional training to address back and hip pain and find core stability - so you can live and move with more freedom and confidence. This is a one-hour yoga class with room temp around 80F. This is for all levels and abilities, and the studio offers mats and props should you need to borrow anything. Sign up online, walk-ins always welcome. See you on the mat :-)
