A practice dedicated to the awareness of our body, breath and mind to help us gain insight on where we are in space and time. Focusing on alignment principles woven with thematic inspiration, we will spend time in postures building each form sequentially from simple to complex. Some classes will feel slow and steady with lots of props, others more fast-paced and bit more workshop style. The goal: to learn techniques so that over time you can have more agency, and more choice in your daily practice and your life. A recipe for joy.
