This class combines guided breathing with long held passive poses to nourish and realign our vital energy while calming and balancing our mind and body. While many Yang exercises and yoga classes focus on muscles, Yin targets our deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. It also provides a wonderful compliment to the many Yang (busy/moving) activities we experience in our daily lives.
