This is a hybrid Yin style class. Yin is a slower and deeper style of yoga. Poses are held longer to benefit the deep fascial network of the body as well as create relaxation and connection to the mind. This is a supportive practice, many variations will be offered with props, most poses are on the floors. Hands on assists are provided if desired. No experience is necessary and all are welcome!
