Reflexology (30-min)
About the Appointment
Reflexology is acupressure performed on the feet. Each of our feet have 7,200 nerve endings which are extensively interconnected through the spinal cord and brain. Reflexology, a natural therapy, promotes homeostasis, healing, relieves stress, and improves circulation. All sessions provided by a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist. Please refrain from eating a heavy meal before your session, and bring some water with you to have afterwards. We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse) We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willile McBride's restaurant You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road The main entrance is at the BACK of our building If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
