About the Appointment
Reiki is a non-physical, healing technique in which the practitioner's hands scan over the client's body to deliver Universally-guided life-force energy without touch. Univeral energy is intellegent and intuitive, which means it knows exactly where to go within the client's body/mind/spirit to facilitate balance and peace; the practitioner is simply a “channel” through which this energy flows. The flow and balance of this Universally guided energy is vital for our mental, emotional, and physical health, to rebalance our system and chakras (energy centers). Many have found Reiki to relieve stress, reduce pain, and enhance healing from injury or chronic illness. In a session, the client is fully clothed, and will be asked to simply relax while the practitioner provides treatment. One may feel warmth or tingling in the body, intuitively see colors or bright light, or feel an emotional release. In addition to Reiki, the practitioner may also choose to use sound-vibration healing and crystal energy.

We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse) We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willile McBride's restaurant You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road The main entrance is at the BACK of our building If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
