STUDIO: Yoga for the Subtle Body
About the Class
The Subtle Body is our non-physical energetic system comprised of chakras, nadis, meridians, and more! These invisible energies need to flow freely within us, and around us, so that we feel well emotionally, physically, and mentally. Each week we will focus our yoga sequence on a specific energetic center or pathway to enhace our well-being. All levels welcome! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as we only have a few to borrow.

Welcome! We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse) We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willile McBride's restaurant You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road The main entrance is at the BACK of our building If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
