About the Class

This open level class incorporates familiar Yoga postures with Pilates and Barre exercises as a great way to cross train and strengthen and deepen your Yoga practice. Work up a sweat with spot specific movements that help to develop strength to get to the next level in your practice and for further stability and strength in your daily life. In this class we use 2 pound weights, blocks, and other props which are provided by the studio.
