Aerial Yoga (Open Level) Aerial Yoga with a birds eye view! Bring your yoga practice to a new level with an Aerial Yoga Hammock! This class uses hammocks for added support and balance, allowing you to move deeper into postures and build strength and flexibility. We will also explore inversions and balances while in the air! Am I ready for Aerial Yoga? This class is recommended for students who feel comfortable in a Level 1 or higher yoga class. No previous aerial experience required. Will this class be too boring for me? Modifications will be made available for more advanced students who are looking for a challenge. What do I wear for Aerial Yoga? Please wear fitted clothing that covers the waist, armpits, and backs of knees to protect the skin. No zippers, buttons, loose jewelry or heavy lotions/makeup.
