

A gentle flow to de-stress and stretch your body and mind. Find your bliss in the midst of focused movement and breathing. Introduction to meditation and relaxation techniques are also included in the class. Beginner friendly, and great for all! Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes in advance of class.
