About the Class

Core strengthening exercises designed to enhance your yoga practice. Class structure begins with centering, focus is on movement with breath, heat building drills and basic yoga postures. Class will end in a 5 minute savasana (final relaxation/corpse pose).   Required: Bring your own yoga mat please. Also, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap (props are available at the studio but you may of course bring your own).     This is an in-studio class taking place in our Fort Lee location - 209 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ  07024.   *Always consult first with your physician if you are pregnant or dealing with any sickness, disability or injury.   If you have any questions, please call or text us at 518.406.8077.
