a sanctuary where we curate transformative mind-body

Our studio grew from a simple vision: to create a
Positive Zone where you can transform your energy, your flow, to
shape your reality.

From 2/1/2026,50 minutes per session, it can be used on either Pilates or yoga. 


A private class offers personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs (such as injury rehabilitation, pregnancy, or improving athletic performance). Experience our full suite of top-of-the-line Pilates equipment in a fun, motivating, and supportive environment.
