About the Class

For the 2/1/2026 been purchased credits package holders, you and your partner can contact us to book private Duet Pilates sessions. 10 credits/ person= 1 Private session. Regular Session does not apply to pre-postnatal clients, please see the special course. This 50-minute Private Pilates session includes comprehensive Pilates equipment that can be fully tailored to your fitness goals and body needs, ensuring you get personalized corrections and adjustments and helping you improve your core strength, flexibility, and posture efficiently.

Special Instructions

Pilates Class Guidelines  Arrive Early Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your mat and settle in. Wear Comfortable Clothing Choose fitted, stretchy attire (avoid loose/baggy clothes) and anti-slip socks. Hydrate & Eat Lightly Drink water beforehand, but avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours prior. Inform the Instructor Share injuries/pregnancy so they can modify exercises for you. No Phones Silence devices to maintain focus. Equipment Ready We will offer all equipments in this class.   Mindset Matters Focus on control/breathing, not speed. Pilates emphasizes precision over reps.   Respect Your Body Modify as needed—listen to your limits. Post-Class Care Stretch afterward and hydrate to prevent soreness.
