Cindy has been practicing yoga for 30 years. At that time yoga was just making its way into the mainstream and most classes were found at a gym. As a student she felt that there was more to yoga than just a physical practice and decided to pursued teacher training. The practice of yoga has changed her life into a more happy and fulfilled way of being. Since her first 200 hr yoga teacher training she has gone on to obtain a 500hr yoga therapist certification, yin and restorative yoga training and is a Reiki Master/Teacher. She has studied different styles of meditation and currently practices Somatic Meditation. In 2021 she became an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist in order to help those interested in self-healing practices. She particularly enjoys practicing gentle, yin and restorative yoga. She is a regular meditator and highly encourages everyone to give it a try. Cindy wants to everyone to experience the peace and well-being of yoga.
