Our Candlelight Slow Flow is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. The soft glow of candlelight engages the parasympathetic nervous system which activates the relaxation response. This practice is taught at a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. It is a calmer and more restful practice in which you have time to really listen to your body and read the cues it is giving you. This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight and is suitable for all levels.
