Reiki & Sound Bath  Reiki (pronounces ray-key) is a gentle, light touch healing practice that balances our energy system.  When we practice Reiki, we connect to a higher consciousness,  balancing  the mind, body, and emotions. Many people often feel a sense of calm and peacefulness after each session. “Integral Sound Healing integrates modern science, ancient wisdom, music and the healing arts.” Join Claudine for a relaxing session of Reiki & Sound.  Particpant will be lying down on a massage table to receive the beautiful vibrations of the instruments and voice while being offered individual light touch reiki healing.  Come away feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead!  Recommend dressing in layers, the body may cool down during the session.
