This is a high-energy class where you will use your entire body, move a lot, strengthen your muscles, and improve your balance. We will mix elements of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga to create a fun workout, using your own body as resistance + light weights (optional). We may also use exercise balls, foam rollers, resistance bands, and other props. All props will be offered, just bring your mat if you have one. If not, you can borrow one of ours. Wear grippy socks - if you don't have them, bare feet are fine too.
