Wear comfortable, warm clothes (athletic leisure clothes are perfect), especially during colder months. Bring socks. We have all the other props you will need. Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to get settled. The door will be locked 5 minutes after class starts time, so please be on time in order not to disrupt the class.
