About the Class

This class is geared towards learning traditional yoga postures but with progressive sequences that help students evolve in their practice. In this class, you will learn the necessary foundations needed to build strength and flexibility while maintaining proper form and alignment. Expect a fun, energetic, and challenging class that is fit for all levels.

Special Instructions

Wear comfortable exercise clothing. No shoes are needed, Yoga is practiced bare feet. Your shoes will be left at the reception, at the rack provided. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If not, you can borrow one of ours. Street parking only. The parking lot behind the studio is only for tenants. Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to get settled. The door will be locked 5 minutes after class start time. While we understand that things happen, late arrivals are disruptive to the teacher and other students as well.
