Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends traditional yoga poses with strength training and cardio bursts. In this class, you’ll flow through dynamic sequences while incorporating light weights, resistance exercises, and core work to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and boost your metabolism. Special Instructions

This is an all-levels class; no prior experience is needed.  Bring your mat if you have one. If not, you can borrow one of ours. We have all the props you may need. Wear comfortable exercise clothes. If you have grippy socks, great; if not, barefoot is perfect too. No shoes allowed inside the studio. Street parking only. The lot in the back of the building is for tenants only, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed. There's plenty of parking by Kearny Bank, less than a minute walk to the studio.
