This is an all-level class (beginners are welcome!), where you will be encouraged to connect with your breath, stretch in a mindful manner, and find the perfect balance between flexibility and strength. We work on balancing poses too, because balance is so important (both physical and emotional balance) to increase strength. We start each class with a breathing exercise and end each class with deep relaxation to both relax and energize you. Class is open to all levels, absolutely no Yoga experience is needed.
