About the Event

Join Kelly for an evening of deep rest and relaxation. After 15 minutes of gentle movement you will settle on your mat for a guided Yoga Nidra session. Yogg Nidra is designed to bring the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware, shifting the nervous system out of fight or flight mode into a restorative state. A soothing Sound Bath designed to create ease, quiet the mind and encourage inner stillness will round out the experience. This restorative journey is intended to support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest for your mind, body and spirit. You will leave this event feeling like you are floating on a cloud. No experience is needed - come as you are. Please dress comfortably and bring any items that will allow you to lie comfortably on your mat (small pillows, eye masks, blankets, etc).
