Three classes in one!! This class is designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck. 20 minutes of strength training using the TRX, weights, resistance bands, and/or body weight. Expect 20 minutes of moving quickly from one exercise to the other to get the heart rate up and provide a cardio component (all movements can be modified to keep it low impact). 20 minutes of yoga flow to increase flexibility, improve posture, and feel the mind body connection. 20 minutes of breath work and meditation. Structured breathwork to reduce stress, improve respitory health, and reduce the fluctuations of the mind. Finally the class ends in a seated meditation to allow everything to settle and experience the art of being with yourself.
