Yoga for Emotional Balance is a 4-week experience designed to help you reset your nervous system and reconnect with your inner calm. Through movement, breath, meditation, and reflection, you'll develop tools to support your mental well-being both on and off the mat. Each week, you'll receive: A 60 minute class with gentle yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, discussion and optional journaling 2 audio meditations each week—one to start your morning with intention, and one to help you wind down in the evening A journal to track your reflections or simply give your thoughts a safe space A supportive, welcoming environment—perfect for those brand new to yoga or returning after a break “When you feel overwhelmed, start with your breath.
