This yoga studio creates a calm, safe and pleasant atmosphere
for clients to relax, de-stress and empower themselves at the same
time. At Hummingbird Yoga NJ classes begin with warm-up movements,
focusing on brath awareness to prepare you for slow posture flows.
Class levels range from gentle to vigorous, but the heart of each
class is a sequence of poses that stretch, strengthen, and balance
your body, ending in meditation and relaxation. The focus is
healing your mind, body and soul. For the mind: clam restless
thoughts, cultivate concentration, and support mental clarity and
concentration. For the body: stretch and tone muscles and release
tension. For the spirit: encourage self-acceptance, honor inner
wisdom, and invite deep peace. Practice in our small yoga community
with like-minded people. Come join our flock!
