Experience the art of mindful motion. This 30 min class is a unique fusion of QiGong, Tai Chi, and Somatic Movement designed to harmonize the body and mind. We begin by cultivating vital energy (Qi) through the gentle, rhythmic patterns of QiGong and the graceful, grounded transitions of Tai Chi. Integrating Somatic exploration, we shift our focus inward to release deep-seated tension and “re-wire” the nervous system through slow, conscious movements. This practice emphasizes internal felt-sensation over outward performance, making it a powerful tool for improving mobility, reducing chronic pain, and calming the stress response.
