A practice of classic hatha postures inlcuding alignment pointers and suggestions for adapting the practice to you. There will be periods of flow and points at which we pause to hold in postures to deepen and/or modify. We may inlcude pranayama (breathing exercises) and gentle modifications of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) Every class ends with a period of deep relaxation. All levels are welcome! Limit 10 students. Reservations MUST be made at leat 30 minutes in advance. If you do need to cancel, you must do so a minimum of 30 minutes in advance or you will be charged.
