At Breathe Life Sangha we are dedicated to creating an inviting space on the Lavallette Beach, where all levels of practitioners can experience the healing powers of yoga by the sea. From revitalizing morning beach yoga and meditative evening Yin Yoga practices, to the healing, transformative vibrations of sound healing, we guide our community toward balance, peace, and connection. We welcome everyone—from beginners to seasoned yogis—and also offer individual and group private lessons to support personal growth and deeper practice. Our intention is to nurture body, mind, and spirit while honoring the Yogic traditions and the natural beauty of the shore.   For the past nine summers, we’ve been sharing the joy of Beach Yoga in beautiful Lavallette, and we’d love for you to become part of our vibrant community. As a small, locally owned business led by two dedicated women yogis, we’re honored to bring connection, movement, and mindfulness to the Jersey Shore.
