Join Angela Albuquerque, alongside fellow sound therapist, Kelli Packer, for a transformative journey into deep relaxation, rejuvenation, & self-healing.    In this unique class, you will be guided into restorative poses that gently relax your body, allowing you to surrender fully and release physical & mental tension. As you settle into these soothing postures, Angela & Kelli will move around the space, enveloping you in a rich tapestry of coherent sounds that resonate deeply within you.    All Levels/ Level 1 options and modifications are offered throughout.
