This class blends two complementary styles of yoga. We begin with a slow, breath-guided flow to gently warm the body, build light strength, and ease out stiffness with simple standing sequences and unhurried transitions. The second portion shifts into yin yoga, where poses are held longer to work deeper tissues, support mobility, and encourage the nervous system to settle. Throughout class and during final rest, live sound from singing bowls and other instruments creates a calming backdrop to the practice. A balanced experience of movement and stillness — great when you want to stretch, reset, and decompress without an intense workout. All Levels. Best suited for students comfortable moving between standing and floor postures. Options are offered, but the slower pace and longer holds may feel different from a typical flow class.
