This is a unique class designed for all-levels, but some intermediate poses will be offered. After a short warm-up, students will find challenge in more vigorous sequences and balancing poses. The instructor will offer time for students to go into a deeper, more difficult pose, and will always offer modifications and adjustments. After the heart rate is elevated for about 35-40 min, students quickly slow it back down, transitioning into one or two cool down poses, followed by a guided, ten-minute meditation / svasanya--the surrender portion of the class. The final experience concludes with aromatherapy, temple massage, and singing bowls. After class you leave feeling strong in your body and at peace in your mind.
