About the Class

While standard vinyasa classes focus on muscles and breath, yin yoga targets deep connective tissues, like joints, fascia, and ligaments. It’s a slow, meditative practice, designed to focus the mind inward as students hold poses for long periods of time to lengthen and stretch connective tissues. Not designed as work out, it’s meditative stretching that is great for mind and body.
