Let us set the intention to reconnect to our True self. We will begin with gentle and grounding movements to activate our diagphram and find a balance to engage in beginner-friendly pranayama (breathing techniques). We will move into gentle shoulder and hip opening stretches and asanas (postures) with the intention of moving into a state of deep relaxation and release. The class will have sprinkles of live Tibetan Singing bowls to nourish the soul. The session will close with a guided meditation or chanting before savasana.
