I have been practicing yoga for more than 30 years and integrate mind -body practices including teaching yoga, breathwork, meditation and Qi gong in my clinical social work practice as a therapist and Life Coach. I specialize in teaching trauma informed yoga and helping people of all backgrounds, feel safe in their body. I offer yoga and meditation as a tool for healing for people struggling with addiction through yoga 12 step recovery classes (Y12SR) as well as on an individual basis in private sessions. I love sharing the many gifts of yoga , most especially helping others find a way to connect with their body, emotions and mind with compassion , acceptance and kindness.catalystmindfulness
