What brought me to yoga was the sense of calmness. I found comfort in thediscipline and feeling grounded. Those feelings intertwined with mychildhood dream of always wanting teach has made this an obvious path.Outside of the studio, if I don’t have a book in my hand, I continue mycreativity through quilting, crocheting, and painting. I love trying newrecipes and sharing food.
