About the Class

This practice combines traditional yoga asana with a focus on the core. Challenge yourself with some longer held poses, transitions with attention to stabilization, as well as some fun arm balances. Through intentional movement, breath work, and balance challenges, you'll build a solid foundation to support your entire practice. Expect a mix of dynamic sequences and deep core engagement to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and empowered. Open to students of all levels
