Gabrielle comes to yoga from a gymnastics and theater background. She teaches from her personal practice and enjoys sequencing her classes in accordance with the Chakra system. Her classes are full of dance-like movements, fun music, interesting transitions, mudras, mantras, and flight! She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center
