Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter once class has begun. This helps create a calm, distraction-free environment where everyone can fully enjoy their practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Feel free to bring your own mat or we charge $2 for a rental. We will provide all other props needed for the class.
