Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class so you have time to check in and get settled. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter once class has begun. This helps create a calm, distraction-free environment where everyone can fully enjoy their practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Feel free to bring your own mat or we charge $2 for a rental. We will provide all other props needed for the class.
