For Parents: Gentle yoga sequences to help stretch, strengthen, and relax your body. The poses focus on areas that often need attention post-pregnancy, such as the back, shoulders, core, and pelvic floor. The movements are tailored to be safe and adaptable for postpartum bodies. For Babies: Playful movements, gentle massage, and soothing stretches that encourage sensory and motor development. Interact with other parents and build a supportive community in a warm friendly environment where feeding, soothing, and diaper changes are always welcome! Even if that’s all you do since we know baby’s schedules are unpredictable, it’s still a wonderful way to be out of the house and with other moms and babies! This class will be taught by Shamina Rao. She was a birth doula for over 11 years and is a prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher and a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.
Price of $175 includes 5 sessions of the 6 week series. We know things happen! You choose which 5 sessions work best for you when you sign up. The entrance to the studio is on the Windsor Terrace side of the building. Stoller parking is inside the gate to the left.
