Hatha Flow is a slower-paced class than Vinyasa; make no mistake- slower doesn't mean easier. This is a strong practice. Poses are held longer, allowing us to blend strength with balance and stillness to build awareness and ease. -Open Levels
If you arrive late to class, you must wait until after the opening AUM to enter. If you need to leave early, you must do so before savasana. This is about respecting the container we're creating together-one that starts and ends in quiet presence.
